If an eBook isn’t everything you hoped for, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — and you’re welcome to keep any free bonuses. There’s no need to explain, though I always appreciate a note about what didn’t work for you.
Email contact@anniehemingway.com within 14 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with and, if you have it, your Gumroad order number. I’ll take care of the rest.
Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
My free guides cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund — but if a download ever fails to reach you, write to me and I’ll send it along personally.
Because the eBooks are digital downloads, this policy sets out the circumstances in which refunds are offered. Beyond the 14-day window, purchases are generally final, except where required by law.
